We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee human resources for WAVE Exponential PCL and its diverse subsidiaries, spanning education, sustainability, and corporate ventures. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with executives across the group to shape people strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations, including Ministry of Education (MOE) requirements and school licensing.
  • Partner with business leaders to boost productivity, service quality, and employee engagement.
  • Manage HR budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning for all subsidiaries.
  • Lead and inspire the HR team to deliver on strategic goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 15+ years’ experience in both HRM & HRD, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end HR processes across diverse industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage complex situations.
  • Excellent command of English (TOEIC 800+).
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

  • กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาการตลาด การสื่อสาร นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีความสามารถด้านการเขียนและการสื่อสารที่ดี

  • มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานบัญชีและการบริหารการเงิน
  • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (มีความรู้ด้าน Pivot Table, VLOOKUP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขได้ดี
